Then, send your document(s) to this email so your documents can be evaluated by the translator.

* You should expect a response within 24-48 hours with details about the cost of the project.

* Any additional editing or proofreading will be added extra at the standard rates.

* The quote you receive is valid for 60 days and payment is due within 30 days of the invoice.

 

Before the translation begins, tell the translator about the document(s) and why they are being translated.

* This helps during the translation process, as well as any other important information about the text.

* Documents will be returned in the same file format as it was received. (ie: .doc, .xlf, .pdf, .ppt, .xls, .txt, etc.)

The translator will send you a copy of the text that has been translated into English.

* If any changes need to be made, let the translator know as soon as possible.
